Dedicated team serving beekeepers and pollinators
The concern for the well-being and survival of pollinators, particularly the honey bee, has transcended national borders for several decades. The honey bee, acting as a sentinel for our environment, plays a crucial role in pollination, contributing to over 30% of the world’s food production. The potential disappearance of the honey bee would have profound consequences for the global food system.
In response to this significant challenge, Véto-pharma, a veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory established in 1982, has devoted over 25 years of exclusive focus to providing innovative solutions in honey bee health.
As a continually expanding company, Véto-pharma designs and manufactures a range of medicines and non-medicinal products in France, acknowledged globally for their high quality and added value. More than 70% of its turnover comes from product exports.
With a team of dedicated experts committed to securing the future of the beekeeping industry, Véto-pharma has emerged as a global leader in honey bee health.
In response to evolving challenges, since 2019, the company has intensified its research and development efforts, specifically targeting one of the primary threats to colonies: Varroa.
